HiTE™ is a synthetic peptide supplied as three formulations: HiTE-T, HiTE-NK, and HiTE-SC. It is added directly to a lentiviral transduction.
HiTE™ goes into the vector mix. The rest of the protocol stays the one you already run.
Plate target cells with your current protocol. No coating step.
Mix the peptide into the lentiviral preparation and add it to the cells.
Continue with your usual incubation and readout. Active handling stays under an hour.
Primary human cells at low MOI. Bars are scaled to the HiTE result in each panel. Internal testing. Results vary.
Performance data reflects internal testing under optimized conditions. Results may vary. See Terms of Service for details.
Peer-reviewed papers that cite HiTE™ will be listed as they are published. The technical white paper is the current reference.
